Raplesy Tours & Transfers - Business Policy
1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date.
Clients can book through our website, by phone, email, or through authorized agents.
Full names and contact information are required to confirm bookings.
2. Payment Policy
Payment can be made by cash (VUV), bank transfer, or other accepted local methods.
For group or custom tours, a 30% deposit may be required to secure the booking.
Receipts will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the tour to qualify for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
Tours canceled by Raplesy (e.g., due to weather or emergency) will be fully refunded or rescheduled.
4. Safety & Liability
All guests must follow safety instructions provided by guides or drivers.
We are not liable for lost items, personal accidents, or injuries caused by client negligence.
We recommend guests secure personal travel insurance before participating in any tour.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
Client information will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared without consent.
Booking data is securely stored and only used for service delivery and communications.
6. Respect for Culture & Environment
Guests are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and communities.
Littering is strictly prohibited on all our tours. We promote eco-friendly tourism practices.
Wildlife must not be disturbed during any nature or eco tours.
7. Customer Service
We strive to provide professional, friendly, and prompt service at all times.
Complaints or feedback can be submitted via our website or directly to our team for prompt resolution.
